I am very passionate about what I do and what I have gained through my own fitness journey.  I feel extremely passionate to pay forward what I can to you and give you any tips i can.

The new VLOG is an idea which I will be pursuing for the foreseeable future and although I cannot give an exact number on how many a week I will do I can say do look out for the new entries once or twice a week.

The idea of this is to give you some ideas of how i have integrated the healthy lifestyle as well as showing you it is possible to have the lifestyle you desire.
